This & That | 3 Days in Malmö

You may already know this, but I owe Malmö big time for bringing me out to this epic part of the world!

Zack films the Ultra Bowl Malmö skate contest out here every year, so last year I decided to come along for the ride. After falling in love with Copenhagen, I had had had to come back this year when they asked him to film again.

The contest is always a total blast & even though the weather is bipolar, Malmö is a great little town! To wrap up our three day vacay in southern most Sweden, here’s a few of my “this & that” highlights + a few recommendations if you ever make your way to Malmö.

» We decided to just get lost one day when we came across the most insane restaurant– SMAK. They were nice enough to translate the menu for us as well. Zack got the braised beef & I got the vegan stew. It was so quaint with such rad decor & so many #lightgoals.  On our way out we visited the gallery in the back which had a great exhibit on Ad Reinhardt. Sometimes getting lost is the best idea (esp. when travelling!) «

» Sweden is soooo bipolar when it comes to it’s weather moods. One second it’s sooo hot & the sun is shining strong, then in 5 minutes a cloud comes over & it’s raining. Cheers to layers.  «

» a traditional Swedish meal: Smørrebrød (dark rye bread w/ amazing toppings) & organic ginger juice (the people over here love ginger just as much as I do!! #addict). «
