» the most insane living wall of all time «
I have been working SO much lately, that this weekend I just said “eff it”. I went up to North Park (possibly my future stomping grounds?!) where my beau lives, left my computer & camera at home, & basically chilled/ate/ate some more/drank/napped.
On repeat. All weekend long.
The past week has been nuts, in a really good/exciting/rad way (tons of cool stuff to come!!), but I needed a legit break from the pressures of everyday life. Especially before this week starts, which is also gonna be a hectic one.
I can’t say I’m 100% refreshed as I think I am still in a food coma (see below), but it did feel nice to just pretend I wasn’t so connected to the digital world for a few days… although I still snapped & Instagrammed like cray!
So, here is my weekend photo dump straight from the phone… cause like I said, the camera was left at home.
Hope you all had an epic Mother’s Day weekend <3

» Nomad Donuts is the most next level donut shop I have ever been. They have flavors like Blackberry Rosemary (as seen above), Dirty Chai, Mango Chili Cilantro, & so many more. The menu changes on the daily & majority of the donuts are vegan. If you’re in SD, you must go!! «
» Mother’s Day brunch (for me, a dog mom!) at Cafe 21 ft. the most adorable mimosa flight with flavors such as ginger lavender, raspberry cucumber rose, meyer lemon, strawberry, & pear. For my meal I had the most insane prosciutto benedict on corn cakes. Another SD food fave of mine! «
» Wrapped up the fewd-fest at Ironside Fish & Oyster Bar for Mother’s Day dinner (with the moms!). We had the most insane flight of oysters as well as a full lobster the size of my head! Wearing a shirt from my design collab!!! «
» left to right: midi ring crew of the moment (loving dainty rings!) | prosciutto bloody mary w/ housemade pickles | filming for an upcoming Peoples Choice feature (stay tuned!) | MONDAY VIBES. «
Did you design that Basic logo yourself? Very creative and novel

Do you have any posts on the blog for San Diego restaurant reccs? I’d love to hear where your favorite places around town are.
