Is it just me or is anyone else’s Instagram’s inundated by people at the pool/beach/laying out/working on their tan? I always wonder… does anyone work these days? It is a constant, and much needed, reminder that I need to start prepping for summer. Time to hit the gym, walk the dog, pull out the hoopnotica (<— new FAVE workout), eat clean, lather on my tan skin lotion (not down with the sun/wrinkles), and of course…. JUICE.
I am not saying that juicing alone will have you looking like a Victoria Secret model by any means, but it will certainly help get you started. One of the things majority of women bitch and whine about, understandably, is cellulite. It takes more than a stroll on the beach to get those hideous dimples to disappear.
That’s where diet and juicing come into play. Basically, cellulite appears when your body’s lymphatic system begins to breakdown and gross waste byproducts (i.e. junk food) fill in the empty spaces between cells. EW. EW. EW. Drinking raw & fresh juices helps in big ways to build up the strength of your bods lymphatic system. Especially carrots, beets, apples, and cucumbers (all of which are in my latest concoction).
++ WARNING: Beets stain… big time. Use gloves when prepping your juice, and a straw when you drink it. Tinting your pearly whites red is NOT a good look for summer.

I agree with the ingredients but I’m a very surprised by the quantity is this to make a jar?
for a single glass ( for a petite person) I think it will have a very thick consistency more than a thick paste.
Will try it it out but with less of the products,
the cucumbers with peel or without?
Hey there. You can alter the amount of ingredients depending on the size of your glass of course- the consistency isn’t thick at all though! It’s delish. Give it a go and let me know what you think :)
As for the cucumbers, peel on! Cheers
great article, it was exactly what I was looking for, thanks!
