Man oh man, the holidays are stressful AF, am I right?
There is the presents, the decorating, the events, the work deadlines, etc. etc.
I am trying to find a balance here– how can I make the holidays enjoyable (kinda the point, yes?) while still getting everything done & ending it all w/o ripping out my hair (or it turning completely grey!)?!
This weekend was officially the first holiday weekend of the season, & it was go-go-go. Friday was hanging with the fam & checking out the lights in my neighborhood while sipping on spiced cider, Saturday I had an influencer brunch to attend (such a beautiful event!), & Sunday was my step-sisters baby shower + the first night of Hanukkah. It was all SO fun, but exhausting.
I got very little sleep, so naturally, Monday came in with a hell of a cold. To be completely honest with you guys, I JUST woke up. It’s 3:30pm, & I am kind of freaking out. Clearly, my body needed to sleep, but I have so much to do that now I am freaking out. So, let me wrap up this post so I can go chug some juice & then run 9000 errands.
How do you guys stay sane & healthy during the season of stress? I need all the tips I can get! x, E
