Tomboy Twist

Typically my boyfriends jeans are reserved for those days (aka, everyday of my life) when all I want to do is stay in my pajamas.

Throw on a vintage tee, some clean white sneaks, hair in a messy bun- & you’re good to go. It’s grunge, it’s cool, & in it’s own weird way, dare I say, kinda chic?

That was actually exactly what I was wearing this very day, until I got a last minute call that Zack & I could come check out our dream loft… if we were interested. I had T-30 minutes to pull it together & get my ass downtown. No time to ponder WTF to wear, so I decided to just give my Tomboy look a semi-profesh twist.

I threw on my go-to black tank, a white sleeveless blazer, my new strappy bralette underneath (obbbbsessed w/ this look! Totally getting this harness piece so I can turn all my bras into a sexy strappy number), & obviously- black heels. This whole process took 5 minutes, which is record closet time for me, & I even had time to spare to handle the rats nest sitting on top of my head (praise).

Isn’t it crazy how the unplanned outfits always end up being the best?

x, E

p.s. We didn’t end up getting the place (sad face x 100). It was super competitive & before we could even get our applications filled out it was rented. OH WELL! Atleast I got to steal Zack from work to snap a few pics ;).
