Spring Skirting

fashionlush, spring skirting, a-line mini skirt

Typically, I’m not much of a mini skirt girl, but the a-line trend is really speaking to me these days.

It’s got all those rad 70’s-ish vibes that I’m currently really into & pairs perfect with an itty bitty off the shoulder crop or a tied up blouse.

Plus, the cut of an a-line is super figure flattering. I think the main reason I’ve been turned off from mini skirts in general is due to the invention of the bodycon (Herve anyone?), which in my opinion, should all just get shipped to Vegas to live & die. Too harsh? Sorry, but I just don’t know who on earth wants to squeeze into one of those things just to spend the whole day/night literally not breathing.

The a-line on the other hand, no constant need to suck it in & no fear the seams are gonna rip open.

Comfort is key & I can never say no to a donut (or three).
