This weekend I am packing up my whole house preparing to move on Monday. Stressed would be an understatement. My OCD self does NOT do well with this sort of situation. The fact my room is in boxes makes me want to rip out my hair. I need to get into my new house & start organizing stat, or else I may go bat shit crazy.
As I took a break from the moving/packing/dust bunnies, I stumbled across the most hilarious & adorable video ever. My boyfriend & I were literally ROFL. Surprisingly, after watching “Two Chips”, I feel much better & much more relaxed. So I googled (naturally- I google everything) “is laughing good for you”, here is what I found out:
a good laugh…
+ burns calories (always a plus)
+ lowers blood pressure
+ boosts the immune system
+ releases endorphins
+ helps with stress & anxiety (BINGO!)
+ protects the heart
+ etc. etc. etc.
