I may have mentioned this in the past, but I think it’s worth saying again. I. love. online. shopping.
When I am watching Law & Order SVU (fave show), I am often on my computer filling up carts on all of my bookmarked shopping sites. It works out well for me because I will let my carts sit for a day or two, revisit, and weed through. That way I really only end up buying things I love, rather than just buying to buy… which is often what happens when I do real life shopping.
Currently, I have narrowed down majority of my current virtual carts, and I am left with 7 pieces that need to just suck it up and hit buy.
Problem is, I promised myself not to shop for a month… I haven’t lasted more than two days. Ughh… sorry wallet.
1. When it comes to perfume, I like to pick one I like and wear it all the time. I have always wanted my own “scent” so that when I walk into a room people will know it’s me before they even turn their heads. I am pretty sure Lollia Wish is that for me, my first bottle was a gift, but I am starting to run dangerously low.
2. I loveee me some candles, especially when they are uber drippy. I just hate the fact I have to burn them a million times before the drips start to appear, I am too impatient for all that. That’s why I really want these pre-dripped candles from Urban.
3. Tonight while browsing, I stumbled upon the website VIDAKUSH, and I am obsessing. They have really funky, and really cheap, jewelry. My personal fave is the Mary Jane knuckle ring, not saying anything about my lifestyle (don’t jump to conclusions), I just really like knuckle rings. K?
4. Bikini season is getting so close I can feel it This means 2 things, first I need to stock up on bathing suits and next I need to step up my workouts. I just started taking hip hop so I kind of got the workouts covered, but as for bathing suits… that’s a whole other story. I am REALLY (like over the top) picky about my suits, mostly because I have a fear of full butts. Ick! I am loving this pineapple suit because pineapples are my favorite food, but I am holding back cause I am worried about the booty. I may just buy the top and get a mismatched bottom elsewhere.
5. If you haven’t heard of Child of Wild, let me just say- you’re welcome. Eileen Lofgren (the girl behind the brand) crafts up some epic jewelry and some blow-your-mind one of a kind cow skulls. She just launched her website, so be sure to check it out. Let me warn you though, it’s not cheap… so start saving your pennies.
6. I am a sucker for trinkets, you truly can never have to many tsotchkes. These twinkling trove jewelry boxes are right up my alley, and way out of my budget. A girl can dream, or maybe she can brainstorm a DIY. Anyone know where to get little wood boxes that look like trees?
7. The last thing on this entire earth I need is another pair of shoes, it’s getting so overpopulated with shoes in my closet that I literally don’t know where to store them anymore. I am having to give a way a pair every time I buy a pair just so the new ones have a home. It sucks though because in my head I have been designing a dream shoe for a while, and now it has come to life in the form of the Rum Moto boot. How can I not buy them?
