I’ve got post traumatic Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show syndrome bad. I wait all year for the show, & the second it ends (like clockwork), I go into a serious depression.
& then I get motivated.
All the holiday eating, as yummy as it may have been, has given me an unwanted little holiday coat (def. not the chic & fashionable kind), & I need to shed it stat. I don’t know what the opposite of a procrastinator is, but whatever it is- that’s me. I am not going to wait until New Years to set a resolution to tell me to workout, I started the second the recording for the fashion show ended w/ 100 crunches.
Sadly, I wasn’t born with a Angel bod (tear), so it’s time to get to stepping…
I hand picked these 6 at-home-workouts after lots of searching Pinterest. They are all are super easy, need no equipment, focus on making you toned & lean, & don’t require going to a germ-infested gym. Print them out, stick em on your fridge/bathroom mirror/forehead, & make no excuses!
