fashionlushf21health

There is this common misconception out there that eating healthy means you have to be a good cook with a lot of free time.

This post is solid proof that is 100% not the case. Not only am I lacking major skills in the kitchen, but I am honestly way too busy w/ other things to be messing around with measuring cups, precise recipes, preheating the oven, etc. (#aintnobodygottimeforthat).

Forever 21 is all about health & fitness for January 2015, so we joined forces to share with you guys my top 5 fave super easy and healthy snacks that literally take 5 minutes (or less) to whip up.

You can see all the recipes below, but also be sure to head over to the Forever 21 blog to check out all the other fun health & wellness stuff they’re sharing! If one of your resolutions for 2015 was to get your bod on fleek, you’re really going to love the epic fitness tips from the hotties behind the blog, Base Body Babes.

Speaking of which, I think today I’ll be testing out the BBB’s Ultimate At-Home Workout (love working out at home, total time saver!) & then noshing on some bomb-dot-com skinny fruit dip!!
