Oh snap- look who is getting all sorts of girly (& crafty) on the blog today!!!
With Coachella around the corner, you kinda can’t help but to jump on the festival frenzy train. Although we’re missing avoiding the festival, there has actually been discussions about going to Palm Springs to relax for that weekend & attend some fun blogger events. The small chance that does happen, we will still be avoiding the festival (anxiety x 100 about that dusty situation) & I will def. need a flower crown to rock by the pool while sipping a mojito spritzer. Doesn’t that sound way better than dancing with 900 sweaty people? IDGI…
ANYWAYS, if you’re going to a festival or not (cause this project is great for Spring in general)- here is a super quick & easy (cause I ain’t got time for projects that involve for than 5 steps EVER!) tutorial on how to whip up a chic wildflower crown.
Peep all the deets below plus a quick video on how it’s done & have getting your craft on! x, E

DIY Wildflower Crown
» Artificial wild flowers (found at your local craft store!)
» Wire cutters & scissors
1. Cut your flower buds off the stem using your scissors or a wire cutter & cut your floral wire to fit your head. Wrap the ends of the wire together to create a full circle.
2. Layout your flowers to get an idea of the placement.
3. Start attaching your flowers using your floral tape. Be sure to wrap floral tape around the back of your crown as well to cover up any sharp edges of the wire.
4. Using your hot glue gun, secure your flowers & adjust any leaves that may be sticking out too much!
Yup. Easy as that!
