Hope you guys had a fab holiday weekend, & as promised, I will be sharing my highs + lows every Monday to kinda recap the weekend and start Monday’s off with a bit of self reflection.
Low: TAXES. Nothing worse then tax season- am I right? Seriously though, I swear the reason I am getting sick right now is due to the stresses of taxes. If your a blogger/self-employed & looking for some tax help, read this post and HIRE SOMEONE asap (but like, yesterday). I also highly suggest a bottle of wine & maybe a banana bag to get it into your system faster when you’re done with taxes (kidding about the banana bag…… maybe).
High: EASTER, duh. I’m a jew, but Zack’s not, so I feel like I get the best of both world’s when it comes to holidays. Not like Sunday’s don’t already consist of brunching & bloody mary’s, but this one was extra fun because I got to get all dressed up like a lady (sort of…). Plus, this brunch we got cray & treated ourselves lemon poppyseed ricotta pancakes + strawberry marscapone stuffed french toast.
K. Happy Monday, off to chug some elderberry syrup & watch the 900 cheesy Lifetime movies I recorded over the weekend. x, E

Literally had to drive all over town to find one in stock, so if your local drugstore has ’em– buy a few (they are even being sold on eBay for 5x the price!). » BREAKING NEWS: I COOKED… and it was actually edible. I made cloud bread (gluten free bread alternative’s are my fave!) sandwiches with smoked salmon, spicy spinach, greek yogurt cream cheese, & a fried egg. «
