The Weekly Squeeze: Skinny Green Lemonade

Juicing for Weight Loss

Summer is halfway through, and I still haven’t gotten in a bikini. Can you believe it? It’s a travesty. One reason is due to the fact that I have to be an adult and work rather than lounge at the beach all day and tan, but the other reason is- I just don’t feel my bod is bikini ready for the spotlight.

I am promising myself right now (mark my word) that I will get in a bikini this summer. Yet first things first, I need to get toned up. Not going to lie, I hate working out… I am actually seriously allergic to it. No joke, I break out in hives when I exercise outdoors. It’s a real condition, swear. Once in a while I will do a couple minutes here and there of hula hooping with a weighted hoop, but that’s pretty much the extent of it. I am trying to get more active, but really, there aren’t enough hours in a day.

The one thing I can easily do is change my diet.

I eat pretty healthy normally, but I am stepping up my game. Incorporating more fruits & veggies, cutting back on the sweets (this one is a tough one for me), and juicing more. Juicing is the best way for me to get all my vitamins and nutrients, plus it fills me up and helps curb hunger cravings. Yet when it comes to weight loss, there are some juices that are better than others… such as my recent concoction that I can’t stop chugging.

Sip yourself skinny with this yum juice!! Cheers babes.
