Silk Shirting FTW

Happy Fall, ya’ll!!

I am very excited for the weather to FINALLY drop & the layers to come out. If you guys know me- Fall is my season. I am more lively & active, I dress better, & my mood is just all around better.

I should probably relocate being that San Diego doesn’t really have much of a Fall, but I love it here… so I will take what I can get. It has been rainy the past few days, but sadly it’s a weird hot/humid rain that does nothing good for my hair (Jew’s & humidity don’t work well together… just sayin’).

I can’t pull out the chunky sweaters just yet, so for now I am all about some silk shirting. Long sleeves are a step in the right direction, & it’s lightweight enough so I don’t overheat. I have ALWAYS been obsessed w/ silk shirting. It’s comfy, chic, & an easy way to up the ante on any look.

For now I paired my silk blouse (love this maroon color- very Fall-ish) w/ white flares (my fave pant silhouette… & you CAN 100% wear white all year long)- but once the temps actually go down, I will def. be wearing my silk shirts under sweaters/slip dresses/ leather jackets/ & huge knits. The options are endless!
