Poolside in Texas

Between brand meetings, networking, go-go-going, & being knee deep in all things blogging… laying poolside to mellow out with a glass of champs was mandatory this past weekend in Texas.

If you are ever in Dallas– the Joule pool is the place to be. The view of the city is insane, the lounge beds were a lifesaver for me & my over-worked feet, & their handmade chips & guac rocked my world.

When it came to my outfit choices, I did what I do best & kept things as minimalistic as possible. Black & white was pretty much the theme of my suitcase, which I think works best when travelling cause you can easily mix & match just about all of your pieces. This lil’ plus sign blouse is a current fave of mine & the lightweight fabric kept me cool in the hot hot Texas heat (much needed!). Paired w/ a black maxi, chunky boots, & tons of accessories– easy, breezy, out the door. Just how I like it.
