When it comes to an LBD, tight isn’t always right.
Actually, tight dresses in general aren’t typically my thing. Of course, there is the random exception, but for the most part- that whole Vegas-circa-2000-Herve-Leger just isn’t my vibe. Instead, I am all about a good shirtdress. Actually, I am kind of addicted to shirt dresses in general. They are comfy, casual, & versatile. A good shirt dress can easily take you from the office to happy hour with minimal effort.
I rocked my LBSD (little black shirt dress) with some simple western inspired ankle boots, tying a bandana around the ankle for a little flair (& a new way to style one of my many bandanas!) along with a really cute oversized denim jacket to dress down the look a bit. If I were headed out for the night, I’d def. swap out the denim for a leather jacket & the boots for some spicy stilettos. OR, you could go the more Kendall Jenner route & pair it with some crisp white sneakers + a high ponytail.
