I have never been a salad person. When I go to a restaurant, it just seems silly to opt for a salad as your main course over something more… substantial? Welp, that all changed when I met my boyfriend aka the salad guru.
Literally, there can be nothing in the fridge, and he comes out with the most delish salad I ever tasted. It’s like freaking Houdini just went into the kitchen and did some serious magic. This past weekend the salad master struck again, and scored big time with a custom California caesar salad. I can’t even tell you how AMAZING this salad was. To die for. I dream about the day he makes it again. My eyes have been opened, and I have a new appreciation for a good salad.
+ The goods: Romain lettuce, organic tomatos, organic avo’s, Trader Joes unreal grilled chicken strips (cooking raw meat makes me gag), and Annie gluten free caesar dressing. Mix it all together, make it look nice, and sprinkle with some S&P if you please. Enjoy. +
