Without inspiration, where would you be? Me personally… well I wouldn’t be running this blog. That’s for damn sure. It is funny how inspiration works actually… sometimes you can’t find it anywhere and sometimes you find it in the most of odd places.
I was inspired for this post over the last few months hanging out with my boyfriend and his friends. They are all big time skaters, and it got me thinking about the merge of skating and fashion as well as the current fashions lady skaters are rocking. This thought was soon fleeting…
Last week, when reading the September Issue, I came across the above article about Jayne Min (skateboard apparel designer) who started creating her own custom designer decks. The thought had quickly came back… there is a tie between skating and fashion after all. So, here I am, writing this exact post… which spurred from just a bit of inspiration. What inspires you and your fashion style??
