Ever since I got into the big bad product filled world of contouring, my makeup collection has increased & my caboodle was overflowing (yes, I still rock a caboodle), so it was time to come up with a secondary storage solution.
I paid my besties over at the hardware store a visit, grabbed some supplies, & whipped up this rad minimalistic DIY makeup storage display for all my most used brushes/liplosses/mascaras/etc. for under fifteen bucks!
Not to toot my own horn or anything, but it def. looks like something I would’ve bought in the store for a whole lot more. Don’t ya think? The addition of the succulent was kind of an after thought, but ended up being the perfect finishing touch.
I actually think I am going to duplicate this exact same project for my office as well. My desk is in need of some organization, & this piece just fits my vibe perfectly.
Check out all the how-to deets here & happy crafting!! As always, if you do a DIY from the blog, I’d love for you to share on Instagram w/ the hashtag #FashionlushDIY so I can peep your handiwork.

Really love this Erica! I also really like the fact that it is so “you”!
