Today’s look is breaking down for you guys my wardrobe essentials. I feel like the main question people always wanna know in the fashion world is “what are the things every lady should own”.

Well, it’s different for everyone, but IMO it’s all about the basics. Let’s discuss…

The Wardrobe Essential Breakdown

1. Classic Button Up: I am a major fan of a good button up, so I definitely think every lady should own a few good ones. I am rocking this white short sleeve button up & think it’s a great pick for Summer.

2. Skinny Jeans: rumor has it skinny jeans are on their way out, but I am NOT buying it. Skinny jeans are a must in my wardrobe & I am especially loving the whole raw hem skinny jean trend.

3. Leather jacket: yes yes, this is a no brainer, you need a good leather jacket! I just got this biker leather jacket & am loving all of the edgy details! Leather jackets are a year round essential for me– when it gets warmer out I love to pair my leather jacket with a floral print dress.

4. Black Flatform Sandals: I am all about the flatform this Summer & these black flatforms are majorly cool! This wardrobe essential is a seasonal one– when Fall rolls around swap ’em out for a great pair of ankle boots.

5. Oversized Aviators: I can’t live without my go-to oversized aviators (similar style here!). Easily the most worn sunglass style in my collection.

6. Belted: I always like to wear a belt with my jeans & am all about fun/funky/oversized belts, but when it comes to the necessities, keep it classic with a simple black belt.

7. A Cool Watch: I tend to keep my wrist party pretty simple with just a watch & recently got this marble faced one by Piper West that I am obsessed with!

8. Minimal Black Bag: I am always a fan for a fun monogram bag, but for the daily wear I stick to my trusty black messenger bag w/ some sleek silver details. Added bonus, this one is only $40!
