This is NOT you’re average curated bag spill post guys.

This is the real deal, last minute, totally unplanned, let’s literally spill my purse on the cement & do an ACTUAL ‘what’s in my bag post’.

No sponsored products, no pretty white roses, no taking out my keys, no adding in a hand sanitizer cause it makes me look conscious of germs & such (although I probably should invest in a good sanitizer).

Basically– no smoke & mirrors here. I really didn’t leave anything out for the sake of a good photo, minus a handful of dirty coins cause no one cares about that.

I was spending the day with my photographer & it just hit me, you can tell SO much about a woman by what is in their purse (or purses… if you’re like me and have multiple bags with different stuff in them).

For example: Arielle, my photographer, carries around little on the go camera kits (lens wipes, filters, sd cards, etc.), so you know when looking in her bag she must photos. My other friend is constantly travelling, so she always has miscellaneous plane ticket stubs in her bag along with a pen/journal for writing down her travel experiences.

As for me, I am a woman of many interests… & if you dumped out one of my many handbags, you’d see I am kind of a handbag hoarder. I keep so much STUFF in my bags that whenever I misplace anything (which happens many times a day), the first place I check is my purse collection.

Luckily for me, this day I was carrying my new From St Xavier ‘Duffie’ drawstring bag (it is SO cute!!), so it was a small bag spill. If I was carrying my backpack, this post would have been broken up into like 5 mini posts. The backpack scares me & hurts my back it’s so full. Probably time to clean it out… pretty sure there is a Cliff bar from 3 months ago floating around somewhere. NOT CUTE.

What’s in My Purse

DuWop Cosmetics Lip Venom

the quickest way to a plumper pout is easily DuWop’s Lip Venom. I’ve had a tube of this magical stuff in my purse since it came out at Urban Outfitters years ago. It burns a bit, but in a good way, & the results are killer!! I wear it alone or I put it on & let it do it’s plumping magic before putting on lipstick or gloss.

Quay x Kylie ‘Purple Honey’ sunglasses

SUNNIES- duh. Current pair is the Quay x Kylie ‘Purple Honey’ Sunglasses. They give off the nineties feels, without being too tiny- like those teeeeeny oval ones everyone is rocking lately. I love that style, but I need a little bigger for my face shape- & these Purple Honey’s are perfection.

It Cosmetics ‘Bye Bye Under Eye’ concealer

I have said it before, but I will say it again, It Cosmetics ‘Bye Bye Under Eye’ concealer is the jam. I have pesky genetic circles & this product is the only one that covers them without looking all cakey under the eye. It goes on smooth & flawless! My circles are so bad I need to touch up throughout the day, so yah- always in my purse. Also works as a spot concealer on pesky pimple situations.

Collagen eye masks

Speaking of undereye problems, I keep a collagen eye mask on hand at ALL times. You never know when you’re gonna need a quick under eye pick me up. Throw em on while your driving to a meeting for an INSTANT refresh. I love the Knesko Skin repair collagen eye masks, but I also love the Grace & Stella golden powder collagen eye masks which are a fraction of the price for way more masks.

Bling Sting pepper spray

Ladies ladies, always have pepper spray on hand! I have had a pepper spray on my keychain for as long as I can remember. Luckily I’ve never had to use it, but it does make me feel safer walking to my car at night! Bling Sting’s bougie pepper sprays make self defense stylish, which I love.

Trident bubble gum

Gum… cause bad breath is not cute. I usually keep it simple with Trident’s pink sugar free bubble gum, but also am a huge fan of Simply cinnamon gum (which is way better for you than Trident).

Fur pouf keychain

I am the queen of losing my keys, so although semi-ridiculous, my huge neon yellow fur purse pouf has been a real saving grace!! I also have custom keys- which is something I have always done. I go get copies made of cute prints (currently roses & flames), because there is no reason I need boring brass keys hanging around.

Goyard x Lisa Simpson iPhone case

This is for sure some sorta knock off, but my Goyard x Lisa Simpson iPhone case is just too cute, so whatever. Shout out to the dark net on Amazon. LOL. It was only $18 bucks and I a strong advocate that you should have a cell phone case to match your personality/style. I have one for everyday of the week, tbh.

Eyebrow Spoolies

I bought 100 eyebrow spoolies on Amazon by accident, but it ended up working out great because you can really never have too many eyebrow spoolies. You can always find one or two floating at the bottom of my purse- which has actually been a godsend. It’s surprising how many times in the day your brows are in need of a GOOD brushing.

Tweezers

OKAY- so this may be weird, but I only pluck my eyebrows in natural BRIGHT light- which means there is always a pair of Tweezerman’s (BEST tweezers ever!) in my purse. If you see me in a parking lot in public, I am probably plucking my stray hairs in the mirror. Try it, I swear, you will see so many little hairs you didn’t spot inside!

Bloom Farms Pineapple Kush

I typically am a flower only girl, but as of late- I have been loving the little pen situation. I mix up my cartridges- but mainly I am into Bloom Farms highlighter cartridges cause I really love their mission & the way they extract their oils is very CLEAN & PURE. If not that, I will do a CBD only cartridge for when I have anxiety, but can’t be “high” (i.e. social situations!).
