MOTHER’S DAY IS AROUND THE CORNER, & it is my greatest wish that as many of you as possible get to see your Mom’s on Mother’s Day (like, if you live with them- cause, ya know- social distancing). I haven’t seen my Mom in 2 months & OMG- painful. She is my best friend, my sidekick, my lifeline, & all I want is to hug that woman SO HARD.
Never again will I take a hug from my Mom for granted, not that I did, but they will sure hit different once this is all over.
That being said, this Mother’s Day- we gotta go hard team!! Not like Mom’s don’t deserve all the love in the world every single DAY (hardest job ever!!)- but this year, they deserve all the love & then some. Whether they are a Mom like mine who has grown children they can’t see or they are a mom of little ones they are now HOMESCHOOLING like a badass-they need some major love for Momming so hard during such a tough time in our society.
SO- I whipped up this rad af little Mother’s Day gift guide for you guys so you can shower the Mom in your life with only COOl gifts that she will actually be into. No boring shit here, cool mom’s need cool gifts YA FEEL?
THE FASHIONLUSH 2020 MOTHER’S DAY GIFT GUIDE
1. BALA BANGLES:
these are the CHICEST weight bands I have ever seen, & I am not alone. If you can snag a pair for Mom, SNAG EM. They are selling like freaking hot cakes!!! You can also always preorder a set for Mom & do a little cut out of what is coming for her. This is one of those gifts that pre-order is def worth it. I am dying for a pair or two & they are so cute I’d wear them out all the time. FITNESS & FASHION all in one is my vibe.
2. THE FVITH MILF CANDLE:
okay, yes this is a candle cute because it says MILF, but besides that THE FVITH CANDLES ARE LIFE. They smell so good, look so chic, & the MILF candle has fig, peach, and creamy coconut milk flavors. DROOL. I have about 10 of these candles & I kid you not- the best of the best.
3. UBEAUTY RESURFACING COMPOUND:
I will probably include uBeauty in every single gift guide ever moving forward. Why? Because it is actually f*cking amazing. It’s pricey AF, but go in on it with your sibling to give Mom the gift she really wants- flawless skin. JUST TRUST ME, it’s worth every single penny. Does miracles for my skin, & I don’t say that lightly.
4. QUIP TOOTHBRUSH:
okay okay, I know I said cool gifts & you’re probably thinking- who the eff wants a toothbrush as a gift? Seems like a weird/kinda boring present, but I got a Quip for Hanukkah & it’s the gift that keeps on giving. Yes, because I use it everyday, but mainly because it’s like a really great toothbrush. It comes in cute colors, looks great on my countertop (cause you know- we all leave the damn toothbrush out), & honestly- way better than my other v pricey name brand electric toothbrush. Also, hook mom up with the subscription for new heads/battery replacements which will come to her door every 3 months.
5. UGG FLUFF YEAH SLIDES:
since all we’re doing is keeping cozy at home, your Mom probably needs some dreamy new slippers & the Ugg Fluff Yeah slides are where it’s at. They are cute, SO COMFY, & perfect for lounging in style. They are a little on the pricier side, so split with a sibling or if you’re an only child- here is a reallllly cute dupe for ya.
6. A WINE HOLDER FOR THE BATH+ COMFY BATH PILLOW + A GREAT BOOK + WINE:
note to my future children: anything related to making the bathtub a relaxing haven would be my favorite gift ever. I am obsessed with baths, which I inherited from… you guessed it, my mother. Growing up, if anything was wrong, from a cut knee to a bad breakup in highschool, the cure was to take a bath. Also, baths are the place where Mom can escape & have some time to herself, so UP HER BATH game with a wine holder, a comfy bath pillow, a great book (if your Mom is the “Gone Girl” loving type, I 10 OUT 10 recommend Verity), & throw in a bottle (or 3?) of her favorite wine.
7. FASHIONKUSH APRÈS KUSH SWEATSUIT:
quick plug for my own brand real quick, but if your mom is not a fan of the flower, you can skip ahead. Or, this can be your chance to convert her to a flower loving lady.
Imagine this: a beautiful box & inside is not only the comfiest cutest sweatsuit you’ve ever seen, but a couple of pre-rolls too. I take back what I said to my future kids about bath related gifts, I want pre-rolls in the future. okay, again- this doesn’t feel like the RADDEST gift of all time. Like, it’s def not edgy or cute, but OMG- it’s a miracle worker. I have one, & I swear by it. Everyone I told to get it, swears by it. If Mom has back or neck issues & can’t get her bi-weekly massage rn, this is it. The end. It’s amazing. It heats up too.
9. GUA SHA SET+ LAPCOS PEARL SHEET MASKS:
Another item that might be on all my gift guides moving forward because who doesn’t love sheet masks and facial massage? I talk about these Lapcos sheet masks ALL THE TIME because they are the best sheet masks ever made, just trust me on this one & GUA SHA is the instant facelift any/all mom’s will love. My sister & I do it all the time & it’s so fun cause we get to watch our faces actually LIFT in front of our eyes.

this is my go-to gift for like, everyone. It’s just such a great gift idea, on trend, & the perfect piece for layering your necklaces. I got one for my Mom on Mother’s day last year with her name & she wears it everyday. I got one for myself & my sister too, so we all have matching ones.
